What kind of group services do you do?
- No Group work, translation services only
What kind of facilities ideally would you need or like to have?
- conference room
How many people participate in group projects at certain times?
- Most projects are home visits, very few groups meet in the office spaces.
- The Conference room is sometimes used for parties or gatherings.
What problems/issues is your service experiencing currently?
- Interpreter - no problems
What material things do you need in your facility?
- storage spaces, kitchen, larger conference table (more chairs)
Describe the best working environment:
- open (but space for privacy)
- quiet (but space for meetings and social activities)
- natural and installed lighting both needed to keep the Home feeling
- private offices.
Any design related issues that you may currently be experiencing with space?
- space to accommodate visitors (of all cultures)
Problems currently being experienced within the space?
- small office area, conference room. one bathroom, storage
What do you enjoy most about the space?
- the home feeling
what technology, furniture, light colors do you want or have?
- tv and other technology adequate for presentations,
- larger conference table,
- kitchen with storage,
- natural and installed light.
Is the current environment comfortable to work in?
- yes, because of the home feel
Is there space for the immigrants?
- not in the office (other then the conference room)
What is the amount of interaction with the outside environment?
- Home visits happen almost daily/regularly.
