-What is the traffic flow of the people in the center at one time?

NOT VERY HIGH NOW BUT WE CAN HAVE AT ANY GIVEN TIME OVER 10 PEOPLE. BECAUSE OF OUR SIZE WE ARE NOT GOING TO SCHEDULE MANY FOLKS TO COME AT ONE TIME.

-What would be the most amount of children in the center at one time?

IF WE ARE ABLE TO HOUSE PROGRAMS, TRAININGS, CLASSES WE CAN HAVE FROM 11 TO 15 KIDS.

-What staff members interact with clients more and what staff members need more private space?

PROGRAM STAFF AND AMERICORP STAFF INTERACT WITH PUBLIC MORE (ABOUT 10 PEOPLE). ADMINISTRATORS (3-4) NEED MORE PRIVACY


Susan Chilcott- Administration
-Cabinet space in both bathrooms and kitchen space
-Most of the rooms need a closet
-Large storage room

Janet Johnson- Administration
-Would like a desk, computer and printer
-Seating for client
-Closet and cabinet space
-Shelving
-Filing space

Maura Nsonwu- Lead Paint Education Project
-Filing space
-Shelving

H'Tuyet Rahlan- Asian Lay Health Advisor
-Would like to have a large table/desk other than her computer desk


Americorps Director and staff
-She would like 2 chairs in her office for meetings
-Otherwise her needs are typical
-Americorps staff need space to collate paperwork, binders, and place to conduct interviews with potential Americorps members
-Their current offsite storage is 10 x 12 sq ft, so they would like that amount of storage in the new facility
